Through
Holland by bike and boat
Individual
bike tours 8
days/7nights - approx. 300 km
Hardly any other
country offers so many possibilities to enjoy water and push biking as Holland.
What would be more apt than to explore this country by bike and boat? On
different routes you get to know what is probably Europe's most bike-friendly
country. You live on typical Dutch riverboats that have been used earlier in the
inland navigation and have been rebuilt especially for our method of travel.
Your boat chugs along on your daily bike trip, so that you can also stay a day
on board and can experience the picturesque boat journey. No annoying search for
accommodation, no constant luggage packing and during the day carefree biking
without luggage.
Attention:
Different
cancellation conditions are valid!
Parking:
The cheapest parking house is on the airport (good town rail connection); the
parking houses in the centre are definite more expensive. You will find detailed
information in your travel documents.
Our
boats:
Our
boats offer room for 10 to 24 guests. Each cabin has washing facilities and a
shower/WC with cold and warm water as well as central heating and electricity.
The furnishings of the cabins are useful and simple. Each boat is individual,
but they have one thing in common: a very comfortable dayroom and a sun deck.
You can look forward to an active holiday for those who want to be sporty and
who appreciate company more than anonymous luxury.
The
service / the looking after / care:
The
"skipper" and his "ship's mate" are responsible for the
smooth course of events on board. The cook, often the ship's mate, takes care of
your personal well-being.
Catering:
It
consists of full catering: breakfast, lunch package and a warm evening meal
(3-course menu). Additionally, upon returning you will be served coffee and tea.
All other drinks (water, lemonade, beer etc.) are not included in the travel
price and are settled directly on board.
Change
of course:
The
course can change because of the weather, size of the ship or special situations
on board. It depends on the skipper; he discusses every change with the group.
Individual
journey:
The
skipper will explain the course, the highlights of the next day and all your
questions will be answered.
Minimum
number of participants:
on
all individual routes 15 people
