TOUR PROFILE:
The area is hilly with some uphill climbs, but rather short daily stretches. You cycle on side roads, please expect some traffic!

ROUTE:
Day 1: Pompeii
Individual arrival. (Nearest Airport: Naples)
Day 2: Excursion to the Vesuv (approx. 10 km/7 miles)
By transfer you reach the crater of the volcano, the guided tour will be a fascinating experience. From 1100 m above sea level you return by bicycle to Pompeii.
Day 3: Pompeii - Naples - Ischia
Enjoy the vivacious centre of Naples on the guided tour. In the afternoon boat transfer to the island of Ischia.
Day 4: Ischia (approx. 38 km/24 miles)
Today you may either relax on the beaches of Ischia or you join a trip by bicycle.
Day 5: Ischia - Capri - Sorrento (approx. 30 km/19 miles)
In the morning transfer to Capri. Comfortable by hiking or sportive on bicycle you discover the beauties of the island. Do not miss the visit of the "Blue Grotto". Transfer to the mainland.
Day 6: Coast of Amalfi (approx. 45 km/28 miles)
Today`s bicycle tour leads along the peninsula of Sorrento until Positano. Also you will be impressed by the bizarre cliff coast.
Day 7: Coast of Amalfi (approx. 33 km/21 miles)
Enjoy one of the most beautiful coastal regions of the Mediterranean Sea, passing picturesque and well-kown villages as Amalfi and Ravello. Transfer from Vietri to Pompeii.
Day 8: Pompeii
Individual departure or extension.
